Step 2. People Team Screens Your Application
Once we've received your online application, our team will review it in line with the selection criteria. If we think you'd make a successful addition to our team and we have a suitable position available, we'll contact you. If you meet our selection criteria but we have no suitable roles available for you at the time, we'll let you know that we'd like to keep your details for when future opportunities arise. If you don't meet our selection criteria, we'll notify you that your application has been unsuccessful.
Step 3. Telephone Screening
When you meet our selection criteria, the next step is for our Hiring Manager to conduct a telephone screening. This is a simple way for our managers to get to know you better. We'll ask you to explain your experience further and why you'd like to work for us.
Step 4. Attend Your Interviews
Pending a successful phone screen, you'll then be invited to attend a face-to-face interview with a relevant Manager/Hiring Manager. This may lead to further interviews and you will be notified of the time and location of your interview(s).
Step 5. Reference Checks are Conducted
If your interview is successful, we'll conduct reference checks with your most recent employers. We'll always ask your permission before we contact any referee you've given us.
Step 6. Your Job Offer
Finally, if after reference checking you application is successful we’ll make you a verbal offer of employment and send your contract and paperwork.
CURRENT POSITIONS VACANT
Tea Salon Manager - Permanent Part Time. A well organised, fully trained cafe manager is needed, with an understanding of five star service and presentation. You will have excellent communications skills, run a VERY clean ship, be well resented and prepared to work most weekends - no nights. You will be in charge of several casual staff, ordering, operations and training. 28 to 30 hours a week, 16 of which are SAT and SUN, the balance of hours would be 4 hours Wed, Thurs & Fri ( 12 hours ). Extra hours available for events and special nights, meetings and training.
Christmas Staff - Casual. Christmas Season extras are needed every year. Training provided in both the tea salon and retail floor. We require well groomed, outgoing people, a second language is an advantage.
Senior Sales Associate - Casual. Highly experienced sales person for weekends. Mature person with a proven track record of sales in luxury brands who loves working with high end customers.
